Your school holiday adventure begins at our base in Acacia Bay, where we’ll get you set up with your bikes. From there, we’ll shuttle your family to a starting point along the Lions Walk, a flat and scenic lakeside path that’s ideal for casual riders.

You’ll cycle back toward town at your own pace, enjoying the picturesque waterfront views that make Taupō such a top holiday destination for families.

Once you reach the Taupō Yacht Club car park, you’ll meet your kayak guide who will load your bikes and get you ready for the next leg of your journey. Then it’s time to take to the water, paddling back along the shoreline to Acacia Bay in one of our stable, family-friendly kayaks.
